The Gruber is a typical “Winstub” of Strasbourg, and is lucky enough to own a traditional “Tarte Flambée” oven. You can enjoy the warm atmosphere of the place while cooking and tasting together.
During this cooking class you will discover savory and sweet versions of the “Tarte Flambée”. Your tasting will be served with a glass of Alsatian wine or a glass of local beer.
